Hi Mark, you are correct my username is the of an organisation.

Thank you for the acknowledgement. A few points to note:

First, you'll need to request a change of username to avoid getting blocked. Username should represent you as an individual, and sharing an account among multiple users (role account) is not allowed. You'll find detailed guidelines at WP:U.
Clearly you have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that page.
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.
Wikipedia has no interest in what a company has to say about itself. The subject of your article should pass notability with significant, in-depth coverage in multiple reliable sources. The article should be summarized in your own words in a neutral tone based on what the sources have to say. Regarding something similar to the Afrihost page, please see WP:OTHERSTUFF.
Even if your article gets created, you will not have ownership or control over it. Any editor is free to update the article based on facts, including any negative coverage the subject of article might've gained in reliable sources. Sometimes having an article about yourself might not necessarily be a good thing.

Many new users have a misunderstanding of Wikipedia as a place to gain publicity or traction for their business. Besides coverage, is the article written well? As in is it balance and does not sound like an advertisement?

Also, is coverage/notability the only challenge?
