Welcome to Wikipedia, Yasemin-alkassem! I'm Royal Autumn Crest, and I've been assigned as your mentor. Around 10% of new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor randomly taken from a list of volunteers. It just means I'm here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I'm glad you're here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.

You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.

If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the "Get editing help" button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.

hello @Royal Autumn Crest
I am editing immunofluoresence Wikipedia page as master class homework, but each time my editing is removed, what should I do? Yasemin-alkassem (talk) 01:05, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Yasemin-alkassem, I think the issue appeared to be that you put your citation in the lede (see MOS:LEADCITE), you might want to put what you wrote a little further down in a subsection that pertains to it. It's also good when someone reverts something to ask them why they did that. If you can't find resolution after that point, a Request for comment is another route you can take. Or you can ask An administrator. Royal Autumn Crest (talk) 04:11, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It is both about the messed up citations, and about the broken English introduced by the edits. MrOllie (talk) 14:21, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Edit warring is not appropriate. If your grade depends on your edits staying in the article, your teachers aren't doing things correctly. Please direct them to Wikipedia:Education program. MrOllie (talk) 14:19, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@MrOllie - thanks for the insight! Hopefully Yasemin can take what you and I provided here and move forward. Royal Autumn Crest (talk) 17:46, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
sorry if I missed the article.
I would like to re-improve the article and I think we can discuss together the sentences and information, and I can show you my citations.
what do you think ?, because what I know is that in Wikipedia we can edit any information with giving a reference for what we wrote. Yasemin-alkassem (talk) 08:12, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
