No problem. I'm still digging a bit to see if I can find more sources. I actually found an airline newspaper from 1929 that talked about her and Earhart! If it were a couple years older, the picture of her would have been out of copyright, and I could have used it in the article. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 15:29, 24 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary!
