Your article Dinesh Acharya‎‎ is based on the text from Scott Adams (game designer), and your article Draft:Barshaat is clearly the same text from After You (Moyes book). Your user Talk page (this one) has many helpful links for you to learn how to begin creating articles. I suggest you learn the rules and guidelines before continuing to submit poorly made articles.
