License tagging for File:Travisvanwinkle.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Travisvanwinkle.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 22:06, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

November 2009

The recent edit you made to List of V episodes has been reverted, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Scream 4

[edit]

I've noticed you said that you were about to create the Scream 4 page. Per WP:NFF please wait until it's been confirmed that principle photography (filming) has been completed. If I mis-read your edit summary, pleas ignore this notice -- but I wanted to stop you before you went ahead and created it and then it go through AfD or speedy deletion. Have any questions let me know. --Mike Allen talk · contribs 19:29, 21 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Birth of Violence (Chelsea Wolfe Album), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, I mist admit that I'm slightly confused about the number of sources needed for the page to remain published. The page itself didn't have much information due to the fact that I was just sticking to the basics and making a basic article for the album since the release of the album and singles had been backed up by multiple music outlets, and I feel that the sources listed are more than adequate enough to verify the information that was on the page.

Since it has been determined that the sources listed weren't reputable enough, I have added multiple others, including a source from iTunes Store's page for the album verifying the track list and run times, as well as Rolling Stone and Stereogum articles confirming the announcement and release date of the album, as well as the release dates for the singles.

I'm not really sure there's much more I can add beyond this, so if it's still not up to snuff to be posted feel free to inform me of what other steps need to be taken in order to ensure that it does.

Birth of Violence (Chelsea Wolfe Album), which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Start-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!
