Image tagging for Image:Masonuniforms-47sal6dy8.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Masonuniforms-47sal6dy8.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Masonuniforms-47sal6dy8.png)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Masonuniforms-47sal6dy8.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 03:51, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
HD DVD List
[edit]Hey Wiki, great idea. I was just about to start one. I think we should streamline the listing, and create a sub-section dedicated to new releases and announcements. What do you think? Swisspass 03:52, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Wizards Season
[edit]Thanks for keeping the Wiz season going. Just want to say i have put the template for the season standings so instead of individually changing each team in the division after every game, you just change the template and thats it. It is here: [1] Im sure you'll get the hang of it. Good luck! Roadrunnerz45 (talk) 03:08, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
George Mason U. basketball player page needed
[edit]Hi Wikisgmu - I noticed that you're the main contributor/editor for the George Mason Patriots men's basketball page. Since you're much more involved and in-the-know regarding that particular college team, I was wondering if you'd be interested in creating a page for Kenny Sanders. He was a GMU stand-out from 1985-1989 (see this list page that I created). I'm trying to find the right editors to create the missing players' pages so that each person on the list is linked to. I appreciate your hard work on the college basketball portal so I thought you'd be a good person to ask. I myself have created/edited the William & Mary Tribe men's basketball page and understand it's a lot of work to create a history of a team's successes/failures. What do you think? Hit me back. Speedy deletion of Template:2008 Baltimore Orioles Roster
[edit]A tag has been placed on Template:2008 Baltimore Orioles Roster requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.
If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).
Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 05:59, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of Boston Red Sox Opening Day Starting Lineups, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Mayalld (talk) 21:45, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of List of Boston Red Sox Opening Day Starting Lineups
[edit]I have nominated List of Boston Red Sox Opening Day Starting Lineups, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Boston Red Sox Opening Day Starting Lineups. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of 2006-07 Washington Wizards season, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: 2007–08 Washington Wizards season. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally moving or duplicating content, please be sure you have followed the procedure at Wikipedia:Splitting by acknowledging the duplication of material in edit summary to preserve attribution history.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 18:34, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
Regent list of alumni vs. prose
[edit]I reverted your change to Regent University#Noted alumni which changed the prose version to a list. Per Wikipedia:WikiProject Universities/Article guidelines#Article structure:
Noted people — This section is not for a list of famous alumni, but rather a description of notable academic staff and alumni presented in paragraph form.
The decision to change this section in accordance to the guidelines was made at Talk:Regent University/Archive 1#Clean up tag. ∴ Therefore cogito·sum 00:40, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
You are now a Reviewer
[edit]Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 18:53, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. When you recently edited 2011–12 Washington Capitals season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Erskine (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

2019–20 George Mason Patriots men's basketball team moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, 2019–20 George Mason Patriots men's basketball team, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
