* Hagiographic sketches of the subject(s) by entities founded by him do not lend any to notability.

But, I'm quite certain that independent secondary sources like books, news-pieces etc. have covered the subject.We need those to establish notability.
And, we are an encyclopedia; not a fan-site.Please remove phrasings like His unwavering commitment, He was always full of novel and practical ideas, sheer hard work and entrepreneurial spirit et al. Maintain an encyclopedic objectivity and avoid flowery words.The subject can do without such needless flattering:)
