Perhaps I found a hard second reviewer but how do I progress this from here after SunDawn's comments.

There seem plenty of many more trivial pages on wiki (I like to hit the random page button a few time every day...)

Interesting topic—I actually enjoyed reading the cited newspaper clippings, but I don't see why this can't be merged to Kakadu National Park instead. There is not much to say about the group from the provided sources. Maybe you can create a more general spin-off article about just dispute between the mining lobby and enviromentalists in Kakadu National Park, which seems notable to me.
