Hello, I'm Timtrent. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Template:Infobox company/doc because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Fiddle Faddle (talk) 19:47, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Template:Embronics, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, Vihari05. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Template:Embronics, you may need to consider our guidance on conflicts of interest.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Not only do you appear to have a conflict of interest, all of your edits have been in entirely the wrong place. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 19:52, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Vihari05, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that one of the first articles you edited was Template:Embronics, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Please take a step back

[edit]

Even if Embronics is notable you are going about this the wrong way. Please read about how WIkipedia works. Once you understand tat please start by making small edits to other articles to show to yourself and others that you understand it. Writing articles about your own employer is not wise and is deprecated here. So please tae a step back and assess how you will use and enjoy using Wikipedia. It is most assuredly not a vehicle for promotion of things.

There is an essay that may help you here. Read it quietly and read everything it links to. Do not be discouraged. Every editor here makes mistakes at first. The mark of a good editor is that he or she learns from mistakes and works patiently. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 20:05, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Embronics, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. reg: deletion of Embronics

[edit]

i dont understand why your are removing Embronics, it is the 1st R&D company from Rajahmundry city, and it was founded by enthusiastic students with and investment of knowledge and now they are hosting more than 25 websites and developed more than 40 embedded and software projects among those they also designed an software for INDIAN NAVY( for GOVT OF INDIA) i,e NETCOMM SERVICES, which displays the ships updated data related to GPS, GYRO, SONAR and other things. This software is first of its kind. and this all are done in span of 11 months. so how come this comes under an advertisement or publicity??— Preceding unsigned comment added by Vihari05 (talkcontribs)

Searching for Embronics reveals nothing except publicity [pages for the company. The corporate website doesn't work and throws up a Drupal error. At present I see no notability for the organisation. You are still welcome to use the information at Articles For Creation. See below. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 20:47, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your desire to have an article created for Embronics

[edit]

Thank you for stopping the creation of this article and for taking time to ask questions. I saw your request at the help desk, and answered it there.

All articles on Wikipedia must meet the criteria for notability. There are no exceptions. We also do not allow Wikipedia to be used as a means of developing an organisation;s reputation. We report on reputation, we do not create it.

If you believe, as I see that you do, that Embronics should have an article here please follow the steps at Wikipedia:Articles for creation. Follow the steps with diligence, and, oif the organisation is verifiably notable, the article will be created. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 20:35, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

reg: deletion of Embronics

Please see the section above and follow the instructions. Please start to use the material you are given. Use the Articles for Creation page. In addition this may help you
Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
Please take some time to do this properly. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 20:53, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ya sure can u help me for the creation of embronics article — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vihari05 (talkcontribs)

If you follow those instructions you will get all the help that you need. I am not going to do more than point you at Wikipedia:Articles for creation because it has all the help you will ever need. If I saw any notability for the organisation I might have been persuaded, but I see none at all. One day, when it becomes notable, it will deserve its own article. In my opinion it has no place here yet. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 21:05, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

or atleast help me to create embronics article and can u say me the mistake i hav done in previous content — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vihari05 (talkcontribs)

I will not, not. However often you ask, no. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 21:06, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Vihar, you do not seem to be understanding what Fiddle Faddle is telling you. From what he has found, nobody in the world can write an acceptable Wikipedia article on Embronics at the moment, because the organisation is not notable. It will continue to be not notable (by Wikipedia's criteria) until several reliable sources, independent of Embronics have written about it in depth. When you can show that that has happened, please come back and request and article at WP:RA. Until then you are wasting your time and everybody else's trying to get an impossible article written. --ColinFine (talk) 00:29, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Embronics, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Look, just doing the same thing that you have always done and expecting different results is always going to fail. In this case it is likely to result in your being blocked from editing for a short while. Use Wikipedia:Articles for Creation. This organisation is not yet notable. Embronics

[edit]

I am afraid that all that has happened is that your repeated recreation of an article on Embronics has resulted in the page being protected so that you cannot simply create the article. That does not mean it cannot be created. It means that you have to listen to the advice you have been given.

Wikipedia does not accept articles that are forced in when the topic has no verifiable notability. Those articles are almost always deleted. Those that survive in the short term tend to be deleted in the long term, so please don;t even consider the argument that "other poor articles exist so mine must too" because that just doesn't matter. Trash will be cleared out evebntually.

With regard to Embronics, I can find no mention of it in reliable sources. It exists, yes, but it is not yet notable. The other problem is that you are blind to this because you are part of Embronics. I don't think you have taken on board a single word about conflict of interest, despite being shown the information. No-one can make you read this information, but other people will consider that you have read it, and will expect you to act as though you have read it an understood it.

When Embronics is notable, and could mean today IF you can prove it, you can use the characters {{Helpme}} on this page and underneath those characters ask for help. An editor will come by and help you very soon after that. Before you ask for help please be ready to prove that Embronics is notable. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 16:16, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, seeing "Our website is coming soon. In the mean time connect with us with the information below" as the sole piece of information apart from the phone number on http://embronics.in/ gives me precisely no confidence that the organisation is yet ready for inclusion in any encyclopaedia. I suggest you wait until it is notable and then let others add it. Seriously, it is better to work at making the corporation notable than to work on trying to get an article on it in Wikipedia. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 16:25, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Intellobots, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
