Hello, Victoria, and welcome to editing Wikipedia. I am really sorry that another editor has made silly accusations against you. It is ridiculous to accuse you of "vandalism" and "harassment". You made the mistake of asking a question in the text of an article, which is not the right place to do it, but we all make mistakes when we start editing Wikipedia, and Apokryltaros (who signs as "Mr Fink") could more usefully have written you a friendly message explaining your mistake and trying to help you understand better how to contribute, instead of being so unnecessarily aggressive to you. I do hope this has not put you off editing Wikipedia for ever. My advice is to forget it and move on. Luckily, there are many Wikipedia editors who are willing to be helpful to new editors who don't yet know their way around.
