- This comment makes no sense. Please justify. It appears as unfounded criticism, boardering on slander. As an aspiring editor, I am well aware of WP:AUTO. Veritasjohn 17:22, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit]This is an automated message from a robot. You have recently uploaded Image:Bollinger.gif. The file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:21, 12 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. If you believe you received this message in error, please notify the bot's owner. - My bot does not delete images, it tags the images then admins check if it's really with no source or not. you can ask any admin to un-delete this image. thanks!--OsamaK 20:14, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Heidsieckcomonopolelabel.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Heidsieckcomonopolelabel.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:28, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

Important Wine Project discussion needs input!
[edit]Hello, the Wine Project is currently in the process of hammering out a proposed policy relating to Wikipedia:Notability (wine topics). As Wikipedia and its wine coverage continues to grow, the need for a clear, concise guideline on how Wikipedia's notability policies such as WP:CORP, WP:SIGCOV and WP:NOTE relate to wine articles has emerged. Please review the proposed policy and take part in the talk page discussion Wikipedia_talk:Notability_(wine_topics)#Ready_to_go_live.3F. All input and view points are welcomed. Champagne Bricout, Talk page entry
[edit]I am a new editor who started working on this article to start out. I initially queried how to handle this wine on its talk page, since the website http://champagne-bricout.eu alleges that the wine sold under the bricout name today is fraudulently labeled, not coming from Avize at all, and not the heir of the Koch Bricout (a very classy wine). I realized though that I haven't the expertise to work on this. I have therefore deleted my comment on the talk:champagne bricout page. Sorry for the trouble. I thought I would come here and ask you to check it out, since you specialize in champagnes. Cellequilit (talk) 05:15, 25 November 2012 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
