Hello, Vereigen, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as User:Vereigen, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

A tag has been placed on User:Vereigen, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello,
We respectfully request that the deletion of our Wikipedia page not proceed. We plan to contribute by enhancing the page to showcase the valuable knowledge and insights we’ve accumulated as a B2B company. Our expertise in utilizing behavioral analytics, first-party data, and other data strategies can offer significant benefits to other companies and B2B marketers. By providing detailed information on how we implement these methods, we aim to contribute to a broader understanding of data-driven marketing practices and offer actionable insights to the industry. We are committed to adhering to all Wikipedia guidelines and ensuring our contributions are valuable and relevant.
Thank you for your time and understanding. Vereigen (talk) 10:26, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]
Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because it has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:

  1. Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  2. Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  3. Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  4. Provide a new username.

To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page.

Hello,
Thank you for considering the request. We understand the importance of adhering to the guidelines and are committed to making valuable contributions.
1. We will fully disclose any compensation we may receive for our contributions in line with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
2. We acknowledge the reasons for our previous block and assure you that we will adhere to the guidelines to avoid repeating any issues.
3. We plan to contribute by creating a Wikipedia page that showcases the valuable knowledge and insights we’ve gained as a B2B company. Our expertise in utilizing behavioral analytics, first-party data, and other data strategies can greatly benefit other companies and B2B marketers. By sharing detailed information on how we implement these methods, we aim to enhance the understanding of data-driven marketing practices and provide actionable insights for the industry.
4. We would like to request the following new username: Vereigen_Media Vereigen (talk) 10:21, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You must use the unblock template as described in the block notice above: {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}})
Otherwise, administrators will never notice your unblock request. However, before you do anything more, you must understand a few things.
  1. Wikipedia is not a business directory, so a company is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of a company, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
  2. If you are writing on behalf of your employer, then you must disclose as a paid editor per Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure policy. Your employment itself is enough to trigger this policy; you do not have to be paid specifically to edit Wikipedia.
  3. If you have no intention to write about any other topic other than your company, your unblock request will be denied. Administrators will want to see you first contribute constructively to topic areas that are unrelated to your conflict of interest, to gain an understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If that happens, then you may be allowed to write about your company indirectly through the Articles for Creation process.
  4. You use the term "we", which is assumed to mean that multiple people have access to this account. Sharing access to a Wikipedia account is not permitted for any reason. The person who creates the account is the only person allowed to use it, for all time. If multiple people at your company wish to edit Wikipedia, then each of them must create their own individual accounts.
  5. Continuing on that point, your proposed new name (Vereigen_Media) is unacceptable. Per Wikipedia's username policy, an account cannot represent a company, organization or group of people. Wikipedia accounts are for individuals, so the account name must reflect individual use. An acceptable compromise is to combine a personal name with the company name (for example, "[x] at Vereigen_Media", where "x" is your personal name).
