Minor edits
[edit]Hi Valleyboy2! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Jonathan A Jones (talk) 20:43, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
- ah, thanks mate . I'm new at this and having fun getting involved. I'll make a note of that. Valleyboy2 (talk) 09:40, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Rami Cassis
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rami Cassis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of B2C2
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on B2C2, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
Onel5969 TT me 13:58, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
Your article has been moved to draft, where you can work on bringing it up to standard before submitting for review. Please do not move it yourself. Deb (talk) 15:16, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- hello, I don't have any connection with this company.
- I really feel like giving up, as every page I've tried to create from scratch hasn't worked, so I've kept asking advice and thought this followed guidelines. I think I'll just stick to editing pages if this =doesn't work. Please can you tell me what I have to do to "bring it up to standard" as I would just like to succeed? cheers Deb. - I don't understand why I appear to have a close connection to a company I have never met? cheers Valleyboy2 (talk) 15:22, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Neither do we - and yet you keep advertising them. Deb (talk) 15:57, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- ok, I'm really confused. I researched this over the last week or so. I had submitted a draft for about company a while ago and was told it had too many references generated by them so I looked at lots of others to write about. I found this B2c2 as they had been listed by price Waterhouse so I looked for lots of stories about them that were written by independent journalists. There seem to be lots of companies on the editing pages that are listed as looking like adverts. you say I keep advertising them but I only put up a draft today. I thought id put it int he sandbox but I kept getting stuck. after looking on tube vids I thought id worked it out. shall I give up or are there any clues you can give me as to how I can write about this co without it looking like an advert. I thought I was collating info, not advertising. I really appreciate your chelp. cheers Valleyboy2 (talk) 16:14, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Neither do we - and yet you keep advertising them. Deb (talk) 15:57, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Please go to Wikipedia:Teahouse for help, as previously advised. No one is seeing your comments here - I only came across them by chance. Deb (talk) 18:31, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
