Struggling journal that has not managed to publish more than 3 "annual" volumes in the 10 years of its existence (last issue 2013). Apart from mentions in articles by one of the editors, no independent sources. Not indexed in any selective database. Does not meet WP:GNG or WP:NJournals.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
