June 2012

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Judas Priest discography, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 08:50, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I went over some other edits you made, and not a single one was sourced, most of them being strictly against sources. Please stop this. --Muhandes (talk) 09:10, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

July 2012

[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Easy Livin' (song). Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 07:45, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You cannot simply copy text verbatim from the Allmusic review of Screaming for Vengeance to create new articles about all of its tracks. This is a violation of Wikipedia's policies. Not every track of the album is notable enough to require its own article. The article about the album is probably sufficient, unless specific tracks achieved something notable (such as a charted single, an award winning song, etc.). WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:42, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Quiet Riot. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You have been warned many times. Mlpearc (powwow) 19:09, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to Love of My Life (Queen song) has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Do not copy reviews from allmusic into Wikipedia articles. They are copyright. Screaming for Vengeance

[edit]

I reverted your new section you added to Screaming for Vengeance. The section was absolutely pointless. It gives no additional information, was poorly written, and was completely unsourced. If you feel you can dig up some useful information that will actually improve rather than muddle the article, please feel free to proceed. But don't add an entirely new section that only gives facts like "This is the fifth song on the album".Freshfighter9talk 19:54, 6 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Lack of Comprehension, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page American (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

DEATH

[edit]

Hi. I am one of the main editors of the pages related to DEATH. Could you please add refs to show that The Philosopher, Empty Words & Spirit Crusher were actual singles, released in that format? Thanks. A Sniper (talk) 03:51, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Recent additions

[edit]

It appears that you are making substantial additions that are not your own work, but seem to come word-for-word from some uncredited source. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. I see you are continuing to add, and re-add, copyrighted material from Allmusic.com. If you you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing.--ShelfSkewed Talk 13:50, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Empty Words (song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable musical release. No refs.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Azis, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Nomination of Empty Words (song) for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Empty Words (song) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Empty Words (song) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Stuartyeates (talk) 20:15, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on EnterRock requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. noq (talk) 14:24, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Speedy at EnterRock

[edit]

Hi Uriahdan, you recently removed a deletion tag from EnterRock. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove speedy deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the tag. Although the deletion proposal may be incorrect, removing the tag is not the correct way for you to contest the deletion, even if you are more experienced than the nominator. Instead, please use the talk page to explain why the page should not be deleted. Remember to be patient, there is no harm in waiting for another experienced user to review the deletion and judge what the right course of action is. As you are involved, and therefore potentially biased, you should refrain from doing this yourself. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 14:43, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with EnterRock. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 14:45, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at EnterRock, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 16:08, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This isn't a bot message

[edit]

If you remove another speedy notice from your article EnterRock, you WILL be blocked. If you want to save your article, get better references WP:RS and show that the subject meets WP:WEB. Having an article deleted the first time is no big deal. You can try again after reading the policies and finding the refs. Not your site for notability. Only independent reliable ones count there.
