Bill Russell's height

For years, people were fighting back and forth between 6'9" and 6'10". Different pages at NBA.com say different things. I would prefer to leave the height out of the infobox, and mention the range of height within the body of the article. See Talk:Bill_Russell#Height for a previous discussion. That image originally comes from Larry Berman, who says on his website, "Reproduction of any photograph on this web site, including purchased prints, is not allowed without written permission."
