Speedy deletion nomination of Canal+ Fotball
A tag has been placed on Canal+ Fotball requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. — Timneu22 · talk 19:45, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

Indian Babu
Hello Torreslfchero, I'm posting this message on your talk page because I noticed that you've recently created the new article Indian Babu-- The information is presented clearly and is easy to understand. However, I noticed there are some holes that may need filling: the references in the article do not follow Wikipedia guidelines. There is a tutorial on formatting citations at Wikipedia:Referencing. It would be great if you could also improve the related article Kuch Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein.

Deletion discussion about List of songs by Udit Narayan
Hello, Torreslfchero, and thanks for contributing to Wikipedia!
I wanted to let you know that some editors are discussing at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of songs by Udit Narayan whether the article List of songs by Udit Narayan should be in Wikipedia. I encourage you to comment there if you think the article should be kept in the encyclopedia.
The deletion discussion doesn't mean you did something wrong. In fact, other editors may have useful suggestions on how you can continue editing and improving List of songs by Udit Narayan, which I encourage you to do. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at the Help Desk.
Thanks again for your contributions! Night of the Big Wind talk 07:31, 5 December 2011 (UTC)

suggestion
Why not use this format for soundtracks? I prefer this for standardization. Sample from Daag (1952 film)...
No. | Title | Lyrics | Singer(s) | Length |
---|---|---|---|---|
1. | "Ae Mere Dil Kahin Aur Chal I" | Shailendra | Talat Mahmood | 02:59 |
2. | "Ae Mere Dil Kahin Aur Chal II" | Shailendra | Talat Mahmood | |
3. | "Hum Dard Ke Marhon Ka Itna Hi Fasana Hai" | Hasrat Jaipuri | Talat Mahmood |

WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest
Hello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.
As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.
If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.
You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.

Your revert on Housefull 2 article, and hence addition of a spammy/unknown unnecessary website, can force people to believe about a hidden agenda. Please do not revert any contribution without providing proper reasoning. Hi, can you link the films in Bollywood films of 1997 etc? Thanks!♦ Dr. Blofeld 19:16, 13 April 2012 (UTC)
Well the lists like Bollywood films of 1974 were drawn up using imdb. Here you go, by year! 1994 has 105 entries.. Yeah you just change the year you want then in the url at the top, 1997 etc. It would be great if the lists could asll have the titles for each year and red linked, I believe the 1970s have been done but 1980-2000- are particularly not comprehensive lists. If you can achieve something great with the lists I'll promise the silver Film barnstar and an Indian cinema barnstar to go on your user page! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 19:28, 13 April 2012 (UTC)
That's great! The most important thing is yeah getting the films listed by year. Wikilinking and then putting the films in alpha order can be done later. Keep up the great work!!♦ Dr. Blofeld 10:44, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

The article Mohabbat Ke Dushman has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

Mohammad Hassani
You have just reverted my edit to Talk:Mohammad Hassani, which is entirely understandable given that I am an IP removing a section from that talkpage. however I would ask that you review this because what I removed is essentially a tribal message and has little to do with Wikipedia. If you look through my recent edits you will see that I have tried to improve the article. 90.208.28.85 (talk) 09:46, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
- Yes I agree that talkpages should not be blanked but did you notice that I didn't actually blank the talkpage; all I removed was a message that had been posted in the article itself and was moved by another editor to the talkpage. Please read that message carefully and note that it has very little to do with Wikipedia or the article. The message appears to call for tribal unity and that means it falls under WP:NOTADVOCATE i.e. advocacy, propaganda, or recruitment of any kind: commercial, political, religious, national, sports-related, or otherwise. So once again I ask that you review your revert and please remove the message. 90.208.28.85 (talk) 10:08, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
