I noticed your submission in Articles for creation, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Jens Hansen Gold and Silversmith. Thanks! It will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.

Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, or website etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.

That makes the references automatically display as small numbers^[1] which will link to the details in the section titled == References == at the end. You can see that example in action here.

Thanks for uploading File:Jens Hansen, Gold and Silversmith.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

"I have submitted two articles and added more article references, but the volunteer looking at them says he is to busy to review them again. Could someone else please review them for me? thanks!

The best way to ask for a review is adding the article to the review queue. I've just added the review request template for you - if you load the page in question it will now display the large yellow banner stating the page is waiting for a user to take a look at it. If you ever wish to request a review yourself on a page that lacks a review template, just add the text {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page (Including the curly brackets). Review of AfC articles does not depend on a single reviewer - many volunteers work on the queue. Now that Excirial has added your article to the queue, it will get reviewed but, as the notice at the top says, there may be a delay because there is a backlog. On 5 March 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Jens Hoyer Hansen, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that there were actually 40 variants of the "One Ring" designed by Jens Hoyer Hansen for use in shooting The Lord of the Rings films? The uploaded image File:Jens Hansen, Gold and Silversmith.jpg was deleted since no evidence was provided to show that it was appropriately licenced. Images on Wikipedia must be released under an appropriate free licence in order for them to remain. If you have, as Ronhjones suggests above, raised a new ticket with OTRS then I'm afraid it is simply a matter of waiting for an OTRS volunteer to review your submission. If you haven't, please see Donating copyrighted material for details of how to correctly release images for use on Wikipedia.

re: more than one person using account. "we" stands for the owner of the account (Jens Hansen Gold & Silversmith) and the the PR/Marketing team that represents the company. Thank you for the reply - if we don't hear back we will then resubmit to see if that is more effective.
