Just in case you ever restart this
[edit]User:ChzzBot IV/AFC unreferenced is wrong. You need to completely re-code this if you ever try to run it again. The use of <ref> tags is absolutely not required, and you should not be telling users that their AFC submissions don't include WP:Inline citations merely because they don't use ref tags.
