Wondering if this can be changed to a soft-block or I can have IP Block Exemption

Decline reason: IPBE is normally only granted in cases where it is difficult for people to access Wikipedia at all- like countries where accessing Wikipedia is restricted by the government, or someone who has no other means of internet access. As you have access via your computer, there is no need to grant you IPBE, especially where you say "it's not a big deal". 331dot (talk) 08:43, 19 August 2024 (UTC)

This is my cell phone's IP address, currently the system will not let me edit on my phone even if I am logged into my account. I was wondering if this could be changed to a soft block or I could get IP block exemption so I can edit on my phone if need be. To even make this request, I had to log onto Wikipedia using my computer--it is not a big deal but it is unfortunate if I see something I want to fix and cannot easily get to my computer. --Thebirdlover (talk) 07:17, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
