- Okay, thank you. Can you tell me exactly which citations aren't suitable so I know what to get rid of? I don't want to get rid of anything unnecessarily. Also, what is "weasel wording" and "scare quotes"? Can you please elaborate? TheDonquavious (talk) 15:34, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
- Never mind that last part. I read the "Words to Watch" section on Wikipedia and I understand that now. If possible, I would still like to know about the citations. TheDonquavious (talk) 17:24, 8 March 2023 (UTC)

- Hello @BuySomeApples, I've resubmitted the article after making several changes. A majority of the sources are considered "Generally reliable" or "No consensus," on Wikipedia's Reliable sources chart. The tone is also objectively neutral as far as I'm aware, including the absence of peacock terms, but please give me specific examples if you believe otherwise. Also, there are no unsourced claims. TheDonquavious (talk) 13:41, 10 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for cleaning up the sources somewhat, but every sentence or paragraph needs a ref btw. Since you resubmitted, I'll leave it to the next reviewer to assess the page. BuySomeApples (talk) 01:38, 11 March 2023 (UTC)

AfC notification: Draft:The Game Awards 2022 stage interruption has a new comment
[edit]- Hello @Zxcvbnm, an article by The Hi-Times covers it on January 10, 2023, so this should qualify as significant coverage past the event. I've added the article as a citation. TheDonquavious (talk) 14:32, 10 March 2023 (UTC)
- I replied to your message on my talk page. While I don't think that is enough, I have mentioned a source that could be enough for you to add to the page, so see about doing that and removing any redundant sources. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 16:22, 10 March 2023 (UTC)

[edit]If the creator has WP:THREE independent reliable sources that discuss in-depth and show the subject meets Wikipedia definition of notability, creator can leave a note on my talk pages with them.
Otherwise, the lengthy discussion at WP:TEA and a review of the sources as they stand show further work on this draft will be a waste of the creator's and reviewer's time.
Slywriter (talk) 15:25, 11 March 2023 (UTC)Advice regarding the lead sections of articles
[edit]I recommend familiarizing yourself with Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section - the lead section does not necessarily contain references, they are to be be sought in the body of the article in many cases. Make sure to check that before engaging in removal in the future, to avoid problems such as your recent edit to the Yam article which seemingly did not take that into account.
