Excel to Wikipedia.

The advice on the WP:Help Desk and more specifically the last section is good. I've done this before and have used not only those tools, but when appropriate taken the comma delimited file to UNIX and used certain tools there (like if the last column is a City and State, I can make it so that the city and state are wikilinked.
