I didn't vandalize Wikipedia

I didn't vandalize Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.5.2.162 (talk) 03:03, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

Congrats!

Congrats on finding my first secret page in a series of increasingly harder to find secret pages. =) Have you looked for the second?  hmwith  talk 20:50, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

Re:<imagemap> in place of {{click}}

Doesn't really matter. Not that many people use Safari in any case. And for my purposes, it looks fine. If you're really annoyed by it, then feel free to change it, but again, it doesn't matter for me. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 00:47, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:Freespire logo.png

Thanks for uploading Image:Freespire logo.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:05, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Ubuntu Logo.svg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Ubuntu Logo.svg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.  Tcrow777  talk  05:50, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

computer not fast enough for linux

Hi Tcrow, I saw that one of your user boxes says that your computer not fast enough for linux. Perhaps you should give Puppy Linux a try.--MarSch 08:50, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

Cleanup taskforce - not dead yet

I'm not ready to call the Cleanup Taskforce Dead yet. But I do need to get moving and have people re-register and get things organized. Please don't put it up for deletion yet. But if you don't see motion soon drop me a note and see if I'm making any progress. Thank you. RJFJR 23:06, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for making up the template. I started on list of people, based on the by interest list after I ran my check for active program on it. It is at Wikipedia:Cleanup Taskforce/member list. It still needs some more formatting work. RJFJR 13:06, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

Orange signature

Hi, Tcrow777. I ran across your signature today and wanted to let you know that I'm having problems with it that other low-vision or compromised-vision users may have. The orange is so vivid that it seems to vibrate or wiggle a little. That makes the whole page hard to read, especially if your sig appears several times on the page view. This is my problem, not yours -- it's a medical issue -- but I thought you might want to know about it. If you ever revise your signature, a background color that is less brilliant would be helpful to people like me. Thanks for thinking about it. -- Lisasmall | Talk 18:42, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

Tcrow, you're being so gracious about this I'm embarrassed. I know your signature means a lot to you and I know this is a problem that won't come up very often. Thank you for being so swift and so generous about it. I'm sorry to be a bother, and if you experiment with other backgrounds, I'll certainly understand. Again, thanks. This is where I ought to add a bright pink background to my signature to show I'm blushing! -- Lisasmall | Talk 23:15, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

Barnstar of kindness

The Wonderful Act of Kindness Barnstar
For heroically and selflessly changing your signature background, a truly magnificent gesture of kindness! Dreadstar 07:31, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
I was posting on LisaSmall's page and was curious about the posting above mine, and finding this exchange between the two of you is just simply wonderful...! It made my day all the much brighter! Dreadstar 07:31, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
Oh, man, I should have done this myself but I'm a barnstar dunce.  :) Anyway, TCrow, have a good wikibreak and I'll look forward to seeing you later. -- LisaSmall T/C 23:36, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Re: Please re-register

Hi Tcrow777,

I'm very sorry to say that I am busy right now, and am not on Wikipedia nearly as much as I would like as a result. Although I hope the Cleanup Taskforce continues, I must be honest and admit that my schedule is too chaotic right now, and decline to re-register. - RedWordSmith 06:48, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

I am reviewing the Editor Review archive, and I saw that your request has been ignored. Would you like me to review you? If so, please leave me a message on my talk page (click on "Hello" in my signature). Shalom Hello 18:22, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

I reviewed you. Shalom Hello 04:54, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

I'm sorry I didn't respond to your post on my talk page. It looks like you have retired from Wikipedia - I have done the same, returning only for occasional anon edits. I hope you found someone to get the job done for you. —INTRIGUEBLUE (talk|contribs) 23:03, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Pooh.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Pooh.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:13, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
