Hey, Randykitty! I've been a Wikipedia contributor for about 2 years now. In the Russian part of Wikipedia, I made a contribution to articles on biology and hiking. But I don't speak English well. And as a contributor to the English Wikipedia. I won't be very helpful.
I'm writing a script for myself that will help me select and organize scientific papers from different places. Wikipedia is a good source of data on academic publishers and journals, but unfortunately people don't follow one pattern. I have to write a lot of code to parse text. When one or two articles with strange formatting of information are encountered, it is easier to change the article than to write an algorithm to fetch the data.
