Page you rejected for lack of notability

Dear TYelliot, my page: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Zhel, has been declined as you noted, 'Passes WP:MUSICBIO for being on a national chart. However, the sources mostly contain trivial references to the subject or do not mention the subject. A large amount of information is not supported by inline citations.' However, the references to the Zhel's work and his awards cannot be more clear. His name is listed among the winners, and that is what the festival does for each winner. That said, I do concede that some of the information in question I did acquire from an interview while I was doing my Master of Arts course in Cambridge. This essay was published within Anglia Ruskin University, so no links available. Please advise. Thank you. Zoe. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zoe Bergson (talkcontribs) 02:59, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

Hi Tyelliot - You rejected my submission "http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Dr._Syed_Taj#cite_note-7" on August 29 for "Insufficient independent reliable sources provided; Fails criteria of WP:POLITICIAN." User ObsidianSoul (from Wikipedia live help) restored my draft and said he could not find anything copied from anywhere.

I'm committed to fixing this issue because I feel this person is a notable public figure that meets the criteria of "Politician." Can you give an example of an unreliable source in the draft, or undersourced fact? Is his website for biographical citations an insufficient source? Please let me know and I will gladly include more sources (he has received a lot of independent press coverage) and resubmit.

Thanks!

Jamespcarson (talk) 20:55, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Update: I reinforced my content with new sources, which now totals 22 total citations from the NYTimes to the Detroit Free Press and some local papers. I resubmitted for review. Please let me know if there is anything else I should do.

Thanks,

Denied Submission- Confused

You denied my edits and submission of the page: Medical Device Adhesives I added in citations as requested and reviewed the material written. I am working directly with Henkel on this and they'd like to know what else needs to be added to the page for a successful submission. I'm at a loss what else to do. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jzayas89 (talkcontribs) 15:53, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

You need to provide ISBNs for the books you cite from, and all sources that you provide must be independent and reliable ones. However, before you continue your work on the article, I would advise you to check the notability of the article, as well as general notability guidelines of Wikipedia. I fear that the Henkel source you provide may not be an independent or reliable one. --TYelliot | Talk | Contribs 18:08, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Multiscreen video -- submission review

Thanks for reviewing the multiscreen video definition. I've added more citations to assert notability in publications including the New York Times, Washington Post, Advertising Age, EE Times, and Broadcast Engineering. Regarding the note that this is technical jargon, I'd like to link this definition to clarify a more technical entry for H.264/MPEG-4 AVC where the subsection "Hardware-based encoding and decoding" makes a note of "multiscreen"; this definition doesn't belong only to the h.264 topic or the hardware-based encoding and decoding sub-topic. Thanks again for your attention and assistance! Fighuhldz (talk) 00:40, 5 September 2012 (UTC)

Dear TYelliot, my page: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Silk_central, you removed a link Borland. this link is key to the woner and source of the product. this is also the approach taken by other competitor products on wiki such as HP Quality center. Having a challenge having the new wiki page published when this is written in same approach as others which I find frustrating. Any advise. If hp can link to HP then surely Borland can link to Borland. Rwetherill (talk) 15:07, 10 January 2013 (UTC)

TYelliot, I replied to your note at my discussion page. Shall we continue there?--61.172.22.248 (talk) 13:26, 22 August 2013 (UTC)

The article B.C. Rich Mockingbird has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A poorly written, poorly sourced article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 07:51, 23 August 2013 (UTC)

See my response on my Talk page. I could not see the button on the page labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion", did you change your mind?--Lidos (talk) 08:39, 31 August 2013 (UTC)

Someone has RV to last good version, couldn't you have done this? What a waste of my time. You may delete this item from your Talk page.--Lidos (talk) 08:58, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
