Is our friend back?

@Tamzin: Would you please look into this account? it was created today, and minutes later he went straight to one of my edits and reverted it for no reason. Take a look at his user page - same juvenile and hostile attitude. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 21:26, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. @Tamzin: —Minutes ago he made another and the same senseless revert, and has attempted to hide this section while he was at it. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 21:35, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Gwillhickers: See above. Funny detail here; I'll email you. @Zzuuzz: If you've got a sec. 'nother one-month sleeper. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 21:36, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Tamzin: - Yeah, I just saw your reverts. What a case. He actually expects that I just sit still for his BS and mindless behavior. "The four of us make a good team"? Well, he's good for some laughs anyways. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 21:52, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Tamzin and Zzuuzz: - I'm assuming he's been using multiple IP's, probably just sitting around at Stark Bucks or McDonnalds and using their wi-fi. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 21:57, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Since when was he using multiple IP's? What are the names of the IP's? Magnatyrannus (talk | contribs) 21:58, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Magnatyrannus: I'm not sure that he has been using multiple IP's, but it would seem to me if he didn't want to be discovered, as he has on numerous occasions, he'd be using different IP's. Perhaps Tamzin and/or zzuuzz could fill us in, as I know little about uncovering socks. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 22:06, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, he wardrives. Not the first person to have this idea. There's major cities where a large percentage of public WiFi spots are blocked due to some local LTA. (I've even seen a case where two unrelated LTAs in New York were using the same bank's WiFi in the same time period.) Over a long enough time period we usually tire them out. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 22:19, 19 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Magnatyrannus: One might want to take a look at Special:Diff/1092886962 for an insight. That aside, this one, confirmed. -- zzuuzz (talk) 05:37, 20 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
