That block is only on Draft and Draft talk space, so I gather you are attempting to create a draft. It's a checkuser block (a block based on private technical evidence that even I cannot see) so I cannot alter it, only a checkuser can. My Account is not directly blocked but the IP address is blocked. I'm unable to edit or create Draft articles. I'm also unable to edit my Wikipedia User Page. I didn't use any Proxy or VPN. I'm using my Mobile Data Internet connection. When i click on edit tab, the notification said that ask for IP Block Excemption. Please unblock my account IP.
