"Internet Meme"
[edit]Please do not add incorrect categories to articles, as you did to Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and The Empire Strikes Back. These articles are about a character and a film. Neither of these things is an Internet meme, so adding Category:Internet memes to them is incorrect. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Thank you, Railfan23 (talk) 03:37, 16 May 2019 (UTC)
I don't remember categorizing these articles as an internet meme, or editing them in general. Please show me where it says that. Thank you. Bencole7 (talk) 17:00, 12 June 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of "Chapter Two: The Weirdo on Maple Street"
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on "Chapter Two: The Weirdo on Maple Street" requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chapter One: The Vanishing of Will Byers. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. ... discospinster talk 14:40, 2 October 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm SummerPhDv2.0. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Top Gun, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SummerPhDv2.0 15:34, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- Additionally, you seem to be editing both under this user name and while logged out, under IP 2601:CB:8200:7220:4433:2268:A28:A23B. Please note that some editors may make assumptions about your editing based on this. - SummerPhDv2.0 15:47, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
It's great that you are updating scores. However, this edit says that the new score is what the score was on 1 July 2020. That is obviously not what you intended to say.
If you are updating the score, you need to update the source as well.[1] - SummerPhDv2.0 16:19, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- Alright. --Stephenfisher2001 (talk) 17:38, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- You said "Alright." but your very next edit makes the same mistake. Do you understand what I mean by "you need to update the source"?[2] - SummerPhDv2.0 21:52, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
I finally saw what you're saying about the source, I saw you edited the date from May to July! I finally, figure it out now, next time, if the Rotten Tomatoes score or Metacritic score had changed, I'll change from the older date to the same day. Sorry about that, I was very confused! BTW, Thx for telling me that. I'll take your words, and I think about it. :( --Stephenfisher2001 (talk) 22:32, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- It's a lot to learn.
- You might want to consider signing up for Wikipedia's Adopt-a-user project. This will match you up with a more experienced editor who is available to review your edits, help you throiugh some of the more confusing parts and answer any questions. I think you'd find it helpful. - SummerPhDv2.0 01:00, 26 July 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Currently
[edit]I noticed you added Rotten Tomatoes to a film article.[3] Please note the guideline WP:RELTIME and avoid vague time words such as "currently". It is a small thing but it good writing to be specific and either say as of when exactly, or to entirely avoid words like currently, or recently, etc.
I don't mind personally so long as the wording is reasonable but some editors don't think it is not a good idea to add Rotten Tomatoes to articles for older films from before Rotten Tomatoes existed, or where only a small number of reviews have been counted. Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Film#Critical_reception So if an editor argues that it is WP:UNDUE to include Rotten Tomatoes don't be too surprised. -- 109.79.160.156 (talk) 03:00, 6 May 2022 (UTC)

Inside Out 2 moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Inside Out 2, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's WP:NFF guidelines that the film is out of pre-production and al animation frames are actively being drawn and/or rendered, and final recordings of voice-overs and music have commenced
, making it ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. 2pou (talk) 23:33, 12 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Jaws 3-D, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 13:05, 3 June 2024 (UTC)

- Looks good; thanks! DonIago (talk) 16:07, 3 June 2024 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Knowing (film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. The source already being used to determine the film's genres doesn't describe it as "apocalyptic". You could re-add that with a supporting source, but we should also avoid genre bloat; please don't add more genres just for the sake of adding genres. The existing source does call it a disaster film. DonIago (talk) 19:47, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
