Apostle Dr Joe Kayo is Kenyan Based International Preacher who started preaching in Kenya before the country attained independence(in 1957 six months after he got born again in Mombasa). He is commonly referred to as the father of Pentecostal movement in East Africa and beyond. This is attributed to his passion for the gospel of Christ Jesus and his tagline "Back to Pentecost at any cost".
