The article Bianca Biasi has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. WWGB (talk) 11:38, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Kosta nikas
[edit]Hello Stav Sydney,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Kosta nikas for deletion, because it's too short to identify the subject of the article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Rberchie (talk) 18:10, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Kosta Nikas
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Kosta Nikas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. RichardOSmith (talk) 07:57, 11 July 2015 (UTC) Richard, it probably would have been better for me to haveheld mthe content in draight while I worked out what templlates I needed to use, but rest assured this page has more content and sourcing, which I'm gradually adding in now. Can editors please temper their enthusiasm for deletion - this page is being worked on right this moment AS_Sydney (talk) 09:53, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Stav Sydney. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you have an external relationship with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Kosta Nikas, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 09:22, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
This is ridiculous theroadislong - you have completely misconstrued my comments. It's been hard enough trying to learn about writing wiki pages with all the misguided efforts of assistance, speedy deletion and patrols. I've had a hard day, please do not frustrate me mopre. There is no conflict - just misinterpretation on your part AS_Sydney (talk) 09:33, 12 July 2015 (UTC)

throadislong is making edits that border on harrassment - based on literal interpretation of my comments about david field in this discussion. https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:Theroadislong#IMDb_As_A_Source
IMDb As A Source[edit source]
Hi theroadislong, while I generally accept that IMDb is not the pinnacle of sourcing, I do feel that a database dedicated to film would tend to get things right on film.Especially when what we're talking about is film Awards and I actually know this actor, who is a famous in Australia and also know he was the recipient of four awards and nominee for two.. please use some common sense... AS_Sydney (talk) 09:09, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
Wikipedia is not concerned with what you know or what edits you make on IMDb Wikipedia requires, reliable secondary sources and if your subjects are notable there should be no problem in finding them. Theroadislong (talk) 09:11, 12 July 2015 (UTC) Hopw absolutelyt ridiculous - I do NOT know the actor personally, I know the actor because they are famous and I am aware pof things in certain topic areas.. that's what I meant. For that reason, I was also satisfied as to the appropriateness of the sourcing. To draw a conclusion from what I've said that I have in some way got a personal connection is ridiculous! AS_Sydney (talk) 09:25, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
can someone please tell them to stop making life hard for me!
AS_Sydney (talk) 09:29, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- Theroadislong has merely explained that Wikipedia content should be based on reliable published sources, which do not include IMDb. Relying on your personal knowledge, however, on your "awareness of things in certain topic areas", is considered original research and is not acceptable. I don't see how Theroadislong's comment, a reply to your message on their own talk page, could be interpreted as harassment. Huon (talk) 09:53, 12 July 2015 (UTC) No that's where you are wrong - that I am aware of things doesn't necessarily mean I've made an edit based on that. My comment as to my awarness of a person's celebrity goes to my judgement that source I used was reliable. AS_Sydney (talk) 09:57, 12 July 2015 (UTC) Anyway, I believe that theroadislong is now aware he's misinterpreted my comments. He has apologised and I've accepted, so your contribution was of little assistance. AS_Sydney (talk) 09:58, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
