The article Espiocracy has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No assertion of importance, lack of in-depth reliable coverage; game not yet released
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Szmenderowiecki (talk) 20:14, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
Recent edit reversion
In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.
I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. S Philbrick(Talk) 14:57, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright
Hello Starkex! Your additions to Sindhis have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 20:24, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

Society for Cultural Interaction in East Asia moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Society for Cultural Interaction in East Asia, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 19:43, 27 October 2022 (UTC)

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}

Unreferenced additions
I note you have added several sections to Sindhis without adding any references whatsoever. Although your statement "with copied attributes from ...." may suffice for our attribution requirements, these additions still need references. It is not up to the reader to search though another article to find the sources of the information you have added. Moreover, it may well be that, in the future, the references in the currently linked article may be removed, or even the entire article deleted/merged.
I have not deleted your additions to Sindhis, assuming you will add references to support your additions - Many thanks - Arjayay (talk) 19:59, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

Hello, Starkex
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Sm8900, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, Sindhis in Sri Lanka, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to contest the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Sm8900}}
. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

Hi Starkex! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Urdu that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently been editing gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, which has been designated a contentious topic. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially-designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Replaceable fair use File:PakistanArmyHercharnSingh.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:PakistanArmyHercharnSingh.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:57, 2 March 2023 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:SPL Cricket Logo.png
Thanks for uploading File:SPL Cricket Logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:28, 29 March 2023 (UTC)

Reverting
Your numerous reverts in the last few hours are unreasonable and disruptive. You are aware that Sir Calculus (talk · contribs) is in some difficulties regarding policies and guidelines, with a range of experienced contributors raising issues. It looks to me as if you are intent on supporting Sir Calculus simply by reverting those who have objected, and in at least one case on utterly spurious grounds. It isn't a great idea. - Sitush (talk) 14:48, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
- Nabi Bakhsh Baloch being the completely spurious one. Please read the numerous edit summaries I have left there today. - Sitush (talk) 14:51, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
- What I am doing is justified, I am backing no one here, the Information which you have mass-deleted specially in Nabi Baksh Baloch that without making request at talkpage and mass-blanking is violation of WP:CS further on other edits you have provided the reason for removal saying it violates WP:RAJ, well WP:RAJ isn't an official Wikipedian policy and it is suitable for Hindu-Indian tribes/varnas/castes and is pretty much irrelevant outside it, Please stop showing keen interest in articles regarding Pakistan if you have nothing better to do, further a third party is needed, (see WP:3O). Starkex (talk) 14:54, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Starkex that's really enraging. From where you deduced that WP:RAJ is only regarding Hindu varnas? Your behaviour is completely within WP:OWN as you just told @Sitush to stop editing Pakistan-related articles. Sutyarashi (talk) 15:10, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
- You seem to be just echoing what Sir Calculus has said, with the same basic errors. Have you actually read the things you refer to? - Sitush (talk) Sitush (talk) 16:15, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
- Good old bullying @Sitush. Nice mass deleting content at Nabi Bakhsh Baloch's article. Starkex is right, RAJ is suitable for Indian Hindu related Varnas & castes & is irrelevant in Pakistani articles. But now it's at least clear your intentions are to mass delete Pakistan related content. Your RAJ friends' threats have also been delivered to me. Not very wikipedian of you to warn two Pakistanis while defending your Indian friend. Let's hope a neutral administrator takes a look at your profile. Because this is more than hateful from your side. Sir Calculus (talk) 17:29, 8 July 2023 (UTC)

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Also, please avoid colonial era sources for caste-related topics as they are considered unreliable. Thank you. Sutyarashi (talk) 15:03, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Daudpotra. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. — DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 15:32, 8 July 2023 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic designated as contentious.
When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;

Khairpur (princely state)
Hi, do you know how to view past edit summaries at articles? Have you read the information at pages such as WP:V and WP:OVERCITE? You claim in your revert of me at Khairpur (princely state) that I ignored consensus, which is a claim you have mistakenly used against me on past occasions elsewhere - have you actually read WP:CONSENSUS?
If your edits in relation to me, both on articles and talk pages, are typical of your edits generally then I think you probably should take a look at WP:CIR. - Sitush (talk) 07:07, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Once material has been given a citation needed tag, it should not be restored without reliable sources. I also note that you dated a source published around 1922 as published in 2006, making it look over 80 years newer than it is. The book is "Indian states : a biographical, historical, and administrative survey", see [3]. The 2006 date was when Asian Educational Services reproduced it. That's their specialty, anything from them should be assumed to be old. Doug Weller talk 10:19, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
BLP applicability and Contentious topics
You have recently made edits related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. This message does not imply that there are any issues with your editing. For more information about the contentious topics system, please see Wikipedia:Contentious topics.

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement topic ban
The following topic ban now applies to you:
You have been indefinitely topic banned from all pages and discussions concerning India, Pakistan, and/or Afghanistan.
You have been sanctioned for persistent disruptive and aggressive editing and persistent misunderstanding of WP:CONSENSUS, WP:RS and WP:RAJ.
This topic ban is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/India-Pakistan#Final decision and, if applicable, the contentious topics procedure. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. Please read WP:TBAN to understand what a topic ban is. If you do not comply with the topic ban, you may be blocked for an extended period to enforce the ban.
If you wish to appeal the ban, please read the appeals process. You are free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. Bishonen | tålk 13:21, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
- Just to clarify the above, the ban includes talk pages of all forms (article, users etc) and will also prevent you from developing Draft:Hur Insurgency. Literally the only way you can do anything relating to "India, Pakistan and/or Afghanistan" is in an appeal of this ban itself. - Sitush (talk) 14:51, 23 July 2023 (UTC)

I put it in to clarify more specifically how the general policies and guidelines I mentioned, WP:CONSENSUS and WP:RS, apply to Indian and Pakistani subjects. There is consensus for the source information in WP:RAJ; compare the many discussions linked to in it, in particular [4], [5] and [6]. (Many others also.) Bishonen | tålk 19:40, 23 July 2023 (UTC).

September 2023: more topic ban violations
Per your topic ban, you are not allowed to edit any pages connected with India, Pakistan, or Afghanistan. Apparently you either cannot understand this, despite explanations and despite a warning block, or you don't care; as soon as your most recent block expired, you continued to violate the topic ban by editing Talpur dynasty, Battle of Aror, and Sindhi nationalism. You have now been blocked for three months - the next block will be indefinite. Instructions for how to appeal a block are already on this page. Bishonen | tålk 16:45, 15 September 2023 (UTC).

Blocked
I see you have ignored your topic ban, continuing to edit mainly about Pakistan (including the article Pakistan!). You didn't ask me anything about the topic ban, or protest in any way: you merely continued editing in the area you had been banned from. Often, I merely warn when this happens, assuming good faith and a misunderstanding; but this is so egregious that I have blocked you for two weeks. This block will be logged in the Wikipedia:Arbitration enforcement log/2023. You are welcome to continue editing once it expires, but any further violations will lead to longer blocks. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

New violations of topic ban
The September block of 3 months is because you continued editing despite in violation of the topic ban. Being unblocked due to block expiry does not mean you are not topic-banned. It was an indefinite ban which you need to appeal if you want to continue editing in that area. cc @Bishonen — DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 19:34, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks, DaxServer. Looking at your block log, Starkex, it doesn't look like you're ever going to respect your topic ban. I don't know if this is because of lack of understanding or what, but every effort has been made to explain to you what a topic ban is. You have been blocked indefinitely. You can still appeal this block in the usual way, and try to explain to the reviewing admin what went wrong this time, and how you are going to make sure that you don't violate the topic ban again. If they're convinced, I don't mind them lifting this block without consulting me. Bishonen | tålk 20:23, 16 January 2024 (UTC).
- @DaxServer @Bishonen
- The hell? Sorry if my language irritates you but the recent message up the two articles here, there is a message written by user 331dot citing: "This account is not blocked.", even though I appealed my ban, with that statement I thought my appeal was useless as my block was over, well I didn't know if my block was "indefinite", what is this idiocracy going on here? can you guys atleast refer me the steps of getting out of this block loop? Starkex (talk) 16:52, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
- Well, I'll try one more time. I topic banned you indefinitely from India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan in July 2023, asking you to read the short explanation of what a topic ban is at WP:TBAN, and warning you that if you violated the ban you might be blocked to enforce it. I don't know what more I could have done to demonstrate to you the difference between a ban and a block. Anyway, you immediately went on to violate the topic ban. As a sanction for that, I blocked you for two weeks in August 2023. You appealed this short block in October, several weeks after it had expired, and consequently 331dot told you your account wasn't blocked, because it was by then no longer blocked. (You did not appeal the ban, and you're still banned.) This is my advice at this point: Try reading Difference between bans and blocks. And then appeal my indefinite block, with the usual unblock appeal template {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} and with an explanation that all these things happened because you weren't aware of the difference between bans and blocks, but now you are, and you promise to abide by your topic ban, and would like to please be unblocked. Note, only do this if it's true that you have now grasped the difference, and you understand how it applies to you. If you haven't, and don't, there's nothing else I can tell you. This makes no sense. Just because the original block expired does not mean that your topic ban is ended. You still don't seem to grasp that you may not edit about India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
