@Spaceteez We usually require at least three sources that are independent of each other, are independent of the subject, and provide significant coverage. Qcne (talk) 21:37, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Qcne okay, lemme continue to work on the article then send it for review again if I've added 1 more references to the one's that are there right? Spaceteez (talk) 22:01, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I only see a single reference on the draft at the moment. We need at least three. Qcne (talk) 22:10, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Qcne I've added more references and citations. the discography reference is a reliable source that has been reviewed by premium times, a big newspaper news site in Nigeria Spaceteez (talk) 08:16, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

Hi - I'm Girth Summit, an administrator here. I've come here to warn you that comments like this are not acceptable. I recognised that you were not profane or particularly egregious, but it is still a personal attack, which is prohibited here. The person you were speaking to is a massively experienced and knowledgeable editor who was voluntarily spending their time to help you improve your draft; you might not like the advice you were given, and you might not like our guidelines or the way that our editorial review process works, but that does not give you licence to insult the person who is giving up their time to help you. Please don't do anything like that again. Thank you Girth Summit (blether) 13:11, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion notify - November 2024

[edit]
Notice

The article Plutomania (Records) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article requires upgrading to standalone status; presently, it may warrant deletion, although it could potentially be recreated in the future if it gains sufficient notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 2RDD (talk) 14:02, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Quick note on Lord Lamba

[edit]

Thanks for your edits to Lord Lamba but PM News is a reliable source with an editorial board. The source itself may be a routine news that does not contribute to notability but it is not an unreliable source. Best, Reading Beans, Duke of Rivia 15:24, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You're not wrong, the reference was not aligning with the article that's why I removed it. Every reference or source that's notable should align with an article that's being created. Thank you for understanding. Spaceteez (talk) 15:39, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning!!!

[edit]

@Spaceteez: Please do not remove the deletion tag on Plutomania (Records) again. It will be decided by top editors if it will be deleted or not. Removing the tag yourself without fixing the issue is prohibited. I suggest you learn rules and regulations. Thank you. 2RDD (talk) 19:19, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@2RDD no, anyone may remove a PROD tag from an article. I suggest you re-read WP:PROD and re-acquaint yourself with it, especially before warning anyone. @Spaceteez, you did not do anything wrong in this instance. CoconutOctopus talk 19:23, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also, "top editors" is not a thing. Articles are deleted at AFD by community consensus, and at PROD and CSD if they meet specific criteria. CoconutOctopus talk 19:25, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you're requesting for speedydeletion without an appropriate reason to fix or improve it then you're wrong. Thank you CoconutOctopus Spaceteez (talk) 19:29, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
okay, but I will improve the article more. Here is a redirect Plutomania Records which is redirected to Shallipopi. I suggest this article Plutomania (Records) should be change to Plutomania Records. Its actual name. Thank you @CoconutOctopus 2RDD (talk) 19:30, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The name you've suggested is already on redirect. If you're capable of cleaning and redirecting it to Plutomania Records then you can help to do so. Wikipedia is a platform where other volunteers helps to improve an article and not just to request for speedy deletion. Thank you. Spaceteez (talk) 19:34, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Weighing in, I think that 2RDD confused PROD with CSD. The record label is not notable on its own and because a redirect on the proper name is already in place, Spaceteez, would you mind nominating your version for deletion through CSD? Best, Reading Beans, Duke of Rivia 20:13, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just to add Spaceteez, your creations are previously deleted articles (through AfD) or redirects which you’ve bypassed by adding unnecessary disambiguator to the title. Nominating these articles for deletions for deletions would seem like a waste of community time. Also, you need to familiarise yourself with the inclusion criteria because creating further articles. Best, Reading Beans, Duke of Rivia 20:19, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Removing unreliable sources??

[edit]

I noticed you removed some sources from Destalker (comedian) claiming they are unreliable sources. Thisday is part of reliable sources for Wiki Project Nigeria, please use this as guide next time. Kind regards, I won't revert the edits but please be on the watch next time. Tesleemah (talk) 07:33, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The content on the website appeared to have been removed so you are right removing them as they are outdated not unreliable as you claimed. Tesleemah (talk) 07:38, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No problem Spaceteez (talk) 07:42, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I see you have created some nice articles, A good job over there! Tesleemah (talk) 07:56, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Jadrolita

[edit]

Hello Spaceteez, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Jadrolita, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jadrolita.

Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Ibjaja055}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
