The article Kelly Nelon Clark has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussion

[edit]

Information icon This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident in which you may be involved. Thank you. HappyValleyEditor (talk) 05:03, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Following from the above notice, could you please state if you have a business connection to the Nelon Family singers that you have been creating pages for? Also you may find you username stops working shortly. This is because it matches a comapny name related to the pages you are working on. Not to worry-- you will be notified if this happens and you can get a new user name that reflects an individual rather than a company easily. Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia with this username. This is because your username, Southerngospelvideos, does not meet our username policy.

Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below) and continue editing.

A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account

You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines and create the account yourself. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:

  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} on your user talk page. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "E-mail this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you think that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Randykitty (talk) 19:43, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I have the same username for over 2 years and now you are trying to ban me just because it has southern gospel videos in the caption. A wikiuser through harrassment bothered me because I made the claim of it being a hobby. I was able to edit pages for the past 2 years and now you all of suddenly ban me. I don't think that is fair and I feel bullied. Not only that but I have donated money to wikipedia in times past. I will think twice before I give or have any of my friends and family donate. I am not the one on trial and you convict me without due process.

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but you haven't addressed the concerns raised above. You are very welcome to request another unblock once you do so. Thanks! Yamla (talk) 21:52, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
