⚠

Thanks for uploading File:CBMII soundtrack cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You're invited to the New York Wiknic!

You could be having this much fun! Seriously, consider coming.

This message is being sent to inform you of a Wikipedia picnic that is being held in your area next Saturday, June 25. From 1 to 8 PM or any time in between, join your fellow volunteers for a get together at Norman's Landscape (directions) in Manhattan's Central Park.

Take along your friends (newbies permitted), your family and other free culture enthusiasts! You may also want to pack a blanket, some water or perhaps even a frisbee.

If you can, share what you're bringing at the discussion page.

Also, please remember that this is the picnic that anyone can edit so bring enough food to share!

To subscribe to future events, follow the mailing list or add your username to the invitation list. BrownBot (talk) 19:23, 19 June 2011 (UTC)

Hi. You might wish to expand Stock Farm or have a photograph of it. Also the Stock Farm Prison and Dominica State College have been started as well as Princess Margaret Hospital (Roseau), which I'm not sure if its in this area or not.♦ Dr. Blofeld 17:45, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

Care Bears movie

Love the article, amazingly complete. Just to note that I've contacted the two director's current company, asking that each release images of themselves under a free license for Wikipedia. -- Zanimum (talk) 18:05, 2 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi, WikiProject Disney has been rather inactive recently. I saw that you are a member of the project. If you still consider yourself to be an active member, leave a response on the Project's talk page. Hopefully we can get the project up and running again. Thanks!--GroovySandwich 23:34, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know I am glad to be reviewing the article The Care Bears' Big Wish Movie you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. AJona1992 (talk) 19:26, 23 February 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for the heads-up. Too bad I won't be editing the other film pages for quite some time soon, owing to personal and family commitments/distractions/restraints and what-have-you. But if I've got some spare time... --Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 21:58, 2 March 2011 (UTC)

Hi Slgrandson, I have reviewed your DYK nomination for Moby Dick (miniseries) at Template talk:Did you know/Moby Dick (miniseries) and I have a somewhat minor issue that should be addressed before I approve it. Could you see my comments at the nomination page and reply there? Thanks. Crisco 1492 (talk) 05:33, 11 August 2011 (UTC)

You are invited to the National Archives ExtravaSCANza, taking place every day next week from January 4–7, Wednesday to Saturday, in College Park, Maryland (Washington, DC metro area). Come help me cap off my stint as Wikipedian in Residence at the National Archives with one last success!

This will be a casual working event in which Wikipedians are getting together to scan interesting documents at the National Archives related to a different theme each day—currently: spaceflight, women's suffrage, Chile, and battleships—for use on Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons. The event is being held on multiple days, and in the evenings and weekend, so that as many locals and out-of-towners from nearby regions1 as possible can come. Please join us! 1 Wikipedians from DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Newark, New York City, and Pittsburgh have been invited.
