Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Skoskav. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Skoskav~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

Viking or Norsemen
[edit]I see from your edit log that you have made several changes to several articles. And you edit summary claims they were not all viking raiders, hence call them ...... this is not a sufficient criteria for a change. User Jerry Stockton even asked you to discuss on talk pages before changes. Firstly, its unsourced. Secondly, you did not discuss on any of the talk pages before making these changes. See WP:POINT WP:NPOV. Take time to discuss on talk pages. For now i am reverting all your edits on this particular topic of what that community should be called. I am not an expert and will hence not be a part of this discussion. Pinging a veteran editor so he can check it out. @AmericanAir88: Have a good day! ~¤Spacefarer¤~ (talk) 11:58, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- I did NOT ask Skoskav~enwiki to discuss it on the talk pages before changing Viking to Norse. Jerry Stockton (talk) 05:44, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 15
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Banyan (clothing), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Japanese (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:30, 15 October 2019 (UTC)
