I undid your restore as it returned numerous external inline links. They need to be a help:footnote - help:referencing for beginners. The footnote needs to support that the group or company do issue certficiates. Avoid the use of wp:primary sources. For instance, if AIGS does issues certificates, it should be supported by a wp:RS secondary source.
Also, please avoid describing well-seasoned Wikipedia editors' edits as wp:vandalism. Their edits look pretty much legitimate and constructive to me. Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 07:00, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please keep this discussion on this page

[edit]

I get a lot of talk added to my page and loose track of discussions. Please use wp:Notifications.
I see your point. It appears that the IPs may have good intentions. The one you attempted to contact only made one edit as that IPA and my or may not be the same as the others. See wp:assume good faith. Also, see wp:ownership of content. Many people's IP addresses change from never to often, to just about every edit. It can be difficult to communicate with an IP 'running amok'. You might get an idea if they are the same with geolocate. If you click on the IP's "user contributions" and at the bottom, click on "geolocate" it will state where the IPA is assigned. Some do use an open proxy and some may travel so locations may be uncertain. The IPs geolocate to Fargo, ND, Los Angeles, and Denver, CO. So they may be different.
Please feel free to restore, but avoid restoring the inline external links such as 'LOTUS', etc. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 07:33, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Jim1138: Hi Jim, ok, thanks for the information, I appreciate your advice. I have reverted the page and I think removed the inline external links. I note that my IP address was reported as an open proxy and I was edit blocked, but I am just using a normal ISP address from my service provider in Bangkok.
