Killiechassie - unsourced edits

[edit]

I've removed and redacted address and coordinates from the article; please do not add them again unless you provide a strong reliable source supporting that information. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:32, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Ohnoitsjamie: Those unsourced coordinates weren't originally added by me; they were originally added in 2014 using {{coord}}. I just put the coordinates in the infobox when I added an infobox to the page. If you're going to revdel all of the revisions with the coordinates, you should probably also revdel the ~100 revisions with the coordinates in the top right. That being said, I'll see if I can find a reliable source for the address or coordinates. --SixTwoEight (talk) 23:54, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Please be mindful of WP:BLPPRIVACY; I suggest that you before you restore the information with a source, you post the reference on the talk page first so that we can get consensus on the suitability. There are a number of good sources to establish that Rowling bought the estate, but as to whether detailed location information belongs in the article is debatable; we want to err on the side of caution for WP:BLP. OhNoitsJamie Talk 00:38, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ohnoitsjamie: Okay, I'll be sure to determine consensus before adding any such information. --SixTwoEight (talk) 00:42, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This discussion will occur at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2022 April 20#Ub2 until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. signed, Rosguill talk 20:49, 20 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
