Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Draft:Asim Riaz, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please don't remove reviewer comments from draft articles like you did here - [1]. They are always in the history and removing them looks like you are trying to hide something. Instead, use them to understand the issues raised about the draft and work to address them. Ravensfire (talk) 19:38, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please review the notability guidelines for songs

[edit]

Greetings! I see you've created a number of articles, including Mere Angne Mein 2020 Song, about songs that do not meet the notability criteria for music. Please see WP:NSONG for detailed requirements for singles, which include receiving a major award or charting on a national chart. —C.Fred (talk) 16:38, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Mere Angne Mein 2020 Song, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 16:53, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'll second what C.Fred said - songs need to meet the song notability and that's just not there. Generally, adding a one or two sentence blurb in the singers article at most is far more appropriate. Just be sure to include reliable sources. Ravensfire (talk) 17:43, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Kalla Sohna Nai requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article does not exist or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
