Hi PhilKnight :These both accounts are created by me (Simplifiedsd) To create a wikipedia article about my teacher, Shekhar Dutt, he is well known Sociology Teacher, teaching to UPSC (Indian Civil Service Exam) candidates since last 16 years. :He has been mentioned in several news articles, he has his own company and is quite popular among students. :So, I believe, in no ways I am misusing wikipedia for any illegitimate activity. :There were two condition on user to publish article - 4 days old and 10 edits in the past. :So for that reason I used my old account, otherwise I was thinking to create the article from the new account Neeraj5991.
