Hi PhilKnight

These both accounts are created by me (Neeraj5991) To create a wikipedia article about my teacher, Shekhar Dutt, he is well known Sociology Teacher, teaching to UPSC (Indian Civil Service Exam) candidates since last 16 years.

He has been mentioned in several news articles, he has his own company and is quite popular among students.

So, I believe, in no ways I am misusing wikipedia for any illegitimate activity.

There were two condition on user to publish article - 4 days old and 10 edits in the past.

So for that reason I used my old account, otherwise I was thinking to create the article from the new account Simplifiedsd. Neeraj5991 (talk) 18:23, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am accepting I've unknowingly violated guidelines, which I regret.
