SidraRanaAdv, You may add the references to article and improve it within the policies of Wikipedia, however if the community decides that the subject doesn't meet WP:GNG (and it doesn't meet definitely) and WP:SNG (which it might pass or not pass); the article would be kept or deleted accordingly. What you can do is to provide reliable sources that discuss him significantly. It's become very clear that your command of the English language is poor, and it is unlikely that you will be successful in creating useful new articles for Wikipedia until it improves and you reach a level that enables you to understand the project guidelines. If you continue like this, you are likely to be blocked for an indefinite period. I suggest that in future you limit yourself to minor edits to existing articles, rather than drafting new ones which waste a lot of other people's time in making corrections and discussing deletion.
