Copyright problems with PVDasm

Hello. not sure what is the issue exactly? promotion of what? a project that was made in 2000? and it's a MIT open source on github? what kind of promotion are we talking about? it's a just a page about a free open source disassembler that has been developed in the past. there is no money involved, getting paid or any of the sort. yes, in 2000. and no, no adverb of any kind. i am not looking into doing any kind of advertisement. just a regular entry on wiki. if there are some words/phrases which you think are related to adverb please let me know so it can be rephrased. the porpus of the entry was purely archival and information on wiki.
