Speedy deletion nomination of Darkness Within (Machine Head song)
[edit]Hello Sergi1982,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Darkness Within (Machine Head song) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is significant enough to be included in an encyclopedia, and the artist doesn't have an article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Fox2k11 (talk) 18:47, 15 January 2013 (UTC)

Deletion of Gone Sovereign (song)
[edit]Hey, Sergi! I'm sorry to say that I've just deleted this page you made, and I wanted to drop by an d explain why I did so. First, the article was directly copied from this site, which makes it a copyright infringement, as the site doesn't appear to be released under a free license. The text of Wikipedia is licensed under a specific free license, and we can only import text that is released under a similarly free license, and only if we say from where we're copying it.
More importantly, though, the language in the article was blatantly promotional in tone; it read more like an advertisement for the song than an encyclopedia article. So even without the copyright issues, the text was still way inappropriate.
Now, don't worry about it too much! These kinds of mistakes happen all the time; nobody will hold it against you if you learn from it. If you want to recreate the article, you can, but make sure that you're using your own words to write about it, and that you're writing it from a neutral point of view, without any fluff. Also, make sure you're using reliable sources to write about it; at Wikipedia, pretty much everything needs to be verifiable through backing by reliable sources. Thanks! If you have any questions about this stuff, feel free to ask me at my talk page, or ask the Teahouse, which is a great place for new users to relax and ask questions. Happy editing! The article Iconoclast (Ascension of the Watchers EP) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- EP with no evidence of meeting WP:NALBUM
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Tavix (talk) 17:47, 11 June 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Tony Constanza
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Tony Constanza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. -NottNott|talk 23:33, 3 February 2018 (UTC)
