[edit]I've undone your edit at Help talk:Citation Style 1 as it doesn't appear relevant, but looks like you asking for assistance in changing a link at Arthur Murray which is not the function of the Help talk page.
If you want to change the link at Arthur Murray then you need to gain consensus to do so. Looking at the message above it appears Frost disagrees with you. Therefore you and he need to have that discussion, if you can't resolve it via the discussion at User talk:Frost#Deleted edit?? then you can (possibly) get wider attention at Talk:Arthur Murray.
