Blocked without notice

It is possible that the page requires more 'experience', I do not know proper term, given page visibility? As you can see from error message it clearly states that I am 'blocked'

If the Google image doesn't work I can use a service like imagur? Or... whatever ScottishB0b (talk) 05:15, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I was thinking that the page might have been WP:Protected. But it hasn't been for a while. It may have just been a glitch. As for images, you can read WP:Images. Just be careful with WP:Copyright.
