While I'm sure your intentions are good, before creating any additional articles (including converted redirects), please review our guidelines on notability, citing reliable sources, and neutrality. Also, you must use the correct license for your uploads. File:This Week in Google.jpg is listed as CC-BY-SA, but the podcast site [1] states it's licensed under CC-BY-SA-NC.
