Replaceable fair use Image:Oreck.jpg

[edit]
Replaceable fair use
Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Oreck.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jonel (Speak to me) 18:55, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image source problem with Image:Evan Savoie.jpg

[edit]
Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Evan Savoie.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:38, 9 August 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Remember the dot (talk) 18:38, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Don't use racial slurs

[edit]

Don't use racial slurs, like the one in this edit summary. Thanks. Croctotheface 02:40, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am sure that someone looking for this respectable scientist does not want to be told that he might have been looking for "Fuck". If someone looking for "Fuck" gets there, I am sure they will know what mistake they made. I have reverted your edit. I am sorry but your edit was a mistake, although I accept you meant well. Take care. --Bduke 09:40, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Racial slurs

I see you have been warned about this sort of stuff before. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 17:39, 13 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring at Carl "CJ" Johnson

[edit]

Please don't edit war. I opened a place for discussion on the talk page, and you have declined to address my arguments there. Making threats such as the one in this edit summary is against Wikipedia policy. If you care about improving the encyclopedia, please use the collaborative procedures we have in place. Abusive language

[edit]

In this diff (http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Help_desk&diff=prev&oldid=151146601) you wrote: "Klptyzm is really a mentally-ill puppet of Craxy belonging to Vertigo and Willy On Wheels". That is appallingly uncivil. --Dweller 14:42, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Niggers" - blocked

[edit]

Given your incivility, I am unsurprised to find racism in your edit history. I am blocking you on the basis of this edit (http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=David_Oreck&diff=prev&oldid=150978785).

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. --Dweller 14:44, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Due to your misdeeds noted above, your block has been extended indefinitely. SWATJester Denny Crane. 15:21, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Evan Savoie.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Evan Savoie.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 00:56, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Anger" of Savoie

[edit]

Savoie will be shocked when he returns. All his work has been reverted and that is just awful. Reupload his images and put his pages back up please before he finds out! 172.207.172.232 16:23, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He's been blocked indefinitely. There will be no return. ♣ Klptyzm Chat wit' me § Contributions—Preceding comment was added at 04:28, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Really, well he was a tyrant from the beginning and he cyber-bullied the Sorgers once. He's called Evan Drake Savoie (that's his real name). It's good that he's now in prison for almost 30 years. -- ₪ SETH GECKO ¥ Give me a conversation ƒ My Contributions ¥|—Preceding comment was added at 11:56, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
