The article Toni Gilbert RN has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Proposed deletion of Toni Gilbert

Searches found nothing better at all than several passing mentions, hardly much to suggest better notability and improvement thus keeping.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
