Hi Sammidown, I wrote up an article today on Vivian Stephens and went to publish it and saw that there was one already in the queue being reviewed for publishing. I'm going to try and marry our two. 2600:1702:33F0:24A0:A847:BD47:CCBA:D92B (talk) 22:44, 9 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Just wanted to say, very nice work on that article. I made a few small tweaks, but overall it looks great. Consider adding some links to your article in related articles like Mary Worth so that more people can find it, and you may want to replace some of the citations to blogs with books or newspaper articles if possible, as blogs usually aren't considered reliable sources according to Wikipedia. Hope to see more interesting articles from you :) SpicyMilkBoy (talk) 21:08, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I've been following the RWA debacle on twitter and discovered you and the new article on Vivian Stephens. I've written a lot of articles here about romance authors - I wrote the first romance-related featured article, on Nora Roberts'Irish Thoroughbred. I would LOVE to write more, especially to highlight authors of color and other ownvoices authors. The hardest part is finding good, reliable sources - and also identifying where some of the biggest gaps are in Wikipedia's coverage of the genre (I didn't even know about Vivian Stephens until recently, which is sad). If you have ideas for topics (authors, books, etc) that need better coverage here and/or suggestions on places for online research or books I can get through ILL, please let me know.
