Persian people RM

Can you explain what your closing statement at the Persian people RM, "No consensus per discussion with support !votes excluded", is meant to mean? Why would support votes ever be excluded? At this juncture, if you cannot answer satisfactorily, I will open a move review. It's quite clear that there was a consensus to move in policy. RGloucester — ☎ 17:08, 30 July 2019 (UTC)

It was to imply that mere votes have been overlooked and only arguments in the support and opposition were considered. I don't agree that it was clearly towards moving, although relisting might have been an option. Clearly, you may always go for move review for a wider outlook.  samee  converse  18:57, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
